Built on passion, dedication, and a love for what we do, our journey rides on the wings of the people we serve and the values we stand for every day.
Founded in 2024, AMS emerged from a father-daughter partnership dedicated to redefining the culinary landscape of Indonesia. By focusing on locally sourced commodities, we challenge the misconception that gourmet must be imported. Our artisanal products celebrate the richness of Indonesian ingredients, enhanced by traditional techniques that bring out their best.
At AMS, our mission is to provide more than just food; we preserve the past to create a better future. Every product from our hands to your home is a testament to quality and sustainability – crafted based on years of Indonesian heritage, made to elevate your dining experience without compromising the well-being of our community or the environment.
By providing high-quality, locally-made artisanal products to the public, we are encouraging the nation to rethink what food is and can be. It’s not just cooking, it’s art. It’s not just eating, it’s indulgence. It’s not just healthy, it’s delicious. We are proud to stand at the forefront of a movement that honors Indonesian heritage and fosters a sustainable future.

Transform and elevate the way we as a society, approach food and dining – food is no longer just sustenance, but a delicious part of culture, art, and health that needs to be preserved.
With every dish, at every meal, whether it be culture, delicacies, or health, we learn to keep our long-living ancestral practices alive. Making high-quality artisanal food products affordable, and accessible to the public through the sustainable integration of key-roles – such as farmers, researchers, and homecooks – into Indonesia’s food-systems.

Taking Our First Step
Our Co-Founders decide to bring their vision to life. Working together with professionals in soil, farming, and construction, a masterplan was designed to create Kalimantan’s first commercial food forest.
Groundbreaking in Kalimantan
Shovels work their way into the ground as we rally locals to prepare the land for planting.
First Bee Colony
Our farm becomes home to the first batch of stingless bee colonies, with many more to come.
First Fruit Tree Planted
The first mango seedling is planted, making way for new life to take root in our farm.
First Honey harvest
After letting our bees settle into their new home, we start enjoying the benefits they bring. The hives are now packed full of honey, enough to share between our bees and their keepers.
100+ Flora Planted
Work on the farm gets busy as our farmers finish planting hundreds of plants – fruit bearers, nectar producing flowers, rare native plants, all cultivated on our farm. Each plant playing a significant purpose to the health of the surrounding environment.
Wholesale System introduced
Our bountiful harvest make way into the local market, ready to be packaged and sold in smaller batches for businesses and small stores alike.
